OVERVIEW

This 1800 sq. foot basement in Los Altos, CA was a new home construction. BDCe was responsible for all the concrete work, from below grade basement work to the at grade flat work. This type of project is typical for BDCe Concrete. Once the concrete basement was poured and back filled, we transitioned the job over to the framers.

This house is located in a steep grade with a single, narrow entrance making it challenging to coordinate the larger equipment needed for excavation and concrete pour, but careful planning made it all work — we completed the project on time.
